Our mission is to promote academic achievement through character development, helping kids become Champions at School and in Life. Because we believe there's a Champion in every kid. This is full-time touring work, several 45 minute shows a day, traveling between elementary schools in regional markets. It takes stamina, professionalism, and a great attitude. It is also genuinely fun. Few jobs let you watch your impact land in real time, in the faces of kids who needed to hear that they matter, that they can keep going, and that they are capable of more than they knew.

You are fun — on stage and off. You light up a room. You can hold a gym full of excited elementary-school kids in the palm of your hand, make them laugh, and leave them believing in themselves a little more than when they walked in. You are also serious about your craft. You bring strong memorization skills and the discipline to master a full solo performance script, deliver it with full energy show after show, and stay reliable and professional on the road. Whether your background is in performance, teaching artistry, theater education, children's entertainment, youth leadership, or improv — if you have real talent, a warm heart, and a love for making young audiences feel something, you belong here.

Pay: • Full-time annual compensation of $42,000–$65,000 (salary based on experience, plus bonuses • Benefits package including partially employer-sponsored health insurance, and employee-sponsored dental, vision, and 401(k) • 100% of travel covered — airfare, hotel, rental car, mileage reimbursement, and daily meal per diem • Steady, full-time work with a company that has been doing this with heart for over three decades • A supportive, mission-driven team that genuinely loves what we do — and has a lot of fun doing it • The chance to encourage an entire generation — one assembly, one Champion, at a time.
