An intelligent but defiant teen. 14. Jabari, traumatized since his mother’s passing six years ago, is constantly acting up. He tends to stand in his own way but is surrounded by people who care about him and will push him to find peace. Arrives from Brooklyn feeling disconnected from his Jamaican roots and uncomfortable with rural life. Requires strong emotional range, comedic timing, and natural chemistry with both adults and teens.
