Casting quot;Project Frontier,quot; an upcoming non-union animated documentary series portraying real historical figures. Talent should have strong character looks and the ability to authentically portray individuals from the early 1800s. In search of approx. 12-5 actors and are particularly interested in actors who can portray American frontiersmen and military officers, Mexican military officers and political figures, Tejano leaders and citizens, and historical figures ranging from their late 20s to 60s.

Seeking talent from Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD, Richmond, VA, travel will not be covered.

A legendary frontiersman and commander of the Alamo volunteers. Tall, physically imposing, intelligent, and quietly charismatic with a commanding presence. Famous for the Bowie knife and elected by popular vote to lead the volunteer forces after Col. Neill's departure. Though celebrated as a hero, Bowie was also a complex man, an ambitious entrepreneur and adventurer who later became confined to bed during much of the siege due to illness.
