EFFY Jewelry is looking for confident performers, presenters, and sales professionals to join us on a six-month shipboard contract where your ability to engage a live audience directly drives revenue. This is not a traditional sales role. As a Public Speaking & Sales Ambassador (Port & Shopping Expert), you'll use live on-stage presentations, educational seminars, boutique events, VIP guest consultations, and in-port shopping experiences to transform audience engagement into measurable sales results. Housing and meals are provided onboard, along with a base salary and an uncapped commission structure.

Casting / Shoot Info

Dream Casting is EFFY Jewelry's live audition for our Public Speaking & Sales Ambassador (Port & Shopping Expert) role and will take place on August 28 in New York City.

Prior to the live audition, selected candidates will be invited to participate in a 15-minute virtual screening call to answer any questions and review the role in greater detail.

During the live audition, candidates will be provided with a one-page script and asked to perform it from memory in front of EFFY Jewelry's Talent panel. This script is similar to the one you will deliver on stage in the role if selected.

Following the script presentation, candidates will participate in a question-and-answer session designed to evaluate communication skills, stage presence, coachability, audience engagement, and overall presentation ability.
