Jump! is an animated documentary with minimal on-screen dialogue. We are seeking actors whose physical appearance generally reflects the real individuals, supporting the storytelling and historical accuracy. The film is set in 1960 and so the appearance of actors must be believable for this time period.
Casting / Shoot Info
The film will be animated using a technique called rotoscope. Actors will be filmed as usual, and then animators draw over their forms during production. All actors must be able to convey emotion through subtle facial expression and physical performance. Actors must be based in or around Austin, Texas. Filming is scheduled for mid to late October 2026. The roles will be paid, all candidates considered, non-union preferred.

She carries the majority of the story and its moral and emotional compass.
